TERMS OF SERVICE

♦ WON'T DRAW : Old people
IMPORTANT
- First come, first serve. When ordering a commission, if there is a deadline, please let me know (extra fee of 10% of the total commission price for "must be completed urgently in short time orders"). However, you can ask for update but no rush.
- Do not redistribute, reproduce, edit, or resell my work if it's not a commercial commission.
- I will add your commission to my portfolio. Private commissions/ adoptable can be used as Patreon material. For example, speedpaints are uploaded on TikTok. NSFW/ pinup version. If the client wishes to have these files as well, they may request to receive them. If you do not feel comfortable with this Term (Extra price: +20% total commission price if you forbid me to post finished artwork anywhere) Commercial commissions don't need to be paid this term.
WAITING LIST
- To sign up to a waiting list, fill the commission form and send me a note. After receiving deposit, You will be added to the waiting list.
PROCESS
- Fill the commission form and send me a note via those contacts
- I will contact to confirm your order with the total price
- After receiving the deposit, you will be added to the waiting list
- When it is your turn, you should pay the rest and I will start working on it
- Sketch & get feedback
- Finish and send the final products via Google Drive
PAYMENT
- Paypal only, currency: USD
- Customer will pay the payment fee
- I require full payment before I start the artwork. I accept payment plans as well.
- I will only refund 100% when there are personal reasons that make me unable to finish the commissions
- You can only cancel the commissions before I start working on them. In that case, I will refund 90% of the total price of the commissions.
COMMERCIAL
- Temporary social media-type art is counted as personal.
- Permanent branding, in-stream/video type art are counted as commercial.
- Personal: Profile photos, banner art, non-promotional illustrations, etc.
- Commercial: Models Vtuber, character design, promotional illustrations, music video art, video thumbnails, starting/ending screens, merchandise, etc.
- Price for commercial: total commission price x2,x3, negotiate.
